I have taken it upon myself to verify the very disturbing statement
on the poster.
Sadly it is true. There
also appears to be a number of other actions that will have the same tragic
results. I have researched the whole
World Wide Web for the sake of cute furry creatures everywhere (Cue sad Sarah
McLachlan music in the background).
Those actions are:
-Cooking a steak past medium.
-Squatting above parallel.
-Talking on your mobile while driving.
-Men over the age of 25 wearing skinny jeans.
-Any man of any age wearing skinny jeans.
-The Olive
Garden. Not eating there or even the
idiotic commercials; just the existence of such place is enough.
-Drinking Lite Beer. Not because of the gluten just cause it taste like feet.
Still eating clean, no WOD today. I'm cooking a deer meatloaf for tomorrow nights supper. I'm using shreaded carrots as a binder and adding lots of fresh veggies, onions, peppers, and crused tomatos and lots of herbs. Hope it's yummy! It smells awesome! See you in the morning 0530 peeps! :-) PS I lost 6 pounds so far! and Mike has lost 10!

Ate clean today, first sanity item – creamer in the coffee… No CF WOD, but swam at the YMCA for 30min without resting.

Took a rest day today, my allergies really got the best of me. Thank goodness I made so much soup last night it made today easy. Other than that great day still paleo. Beast bars make staying paleo alot easier, so if you haven't tried them you should there the bees knees.

Ate really well and got the wod in at 5:30. That was a rough one! Doing better on water now that I am back to my normal routine.
ReplyDeleteRan this morning and ate fine. I made my own almond butter on Monday night, though, and have eating almost all of it!

Stayed on track with food. No workout again. :( Spending all my free time studying.
ReplyDeleteCasey stayed on track with food too (or so he tells me)and did the workout. He has not been happy the results of his workouts lately and thinks he is in need of extra cardio conditioning.
Anyone up for joining him for some tire sprints soon?
When my heel is better I will sprint with him. I think he had a come to Jesus after doing today's WOD.
