  1. Good day all around. Full night of sleep last night, good wod this morning (including a 225# jerk pr. Yeah behind the neck but let me enjoy it) Food ok & plenty of water.

  7. Had to take Exam on Friday, missed my 0530 WOD and my peeps! love...love...love the new location. So much room! Can't wait to try it out on Monday. Clean eats, not enough water though.

  9. Ate well today but had some rice with my chili for lunch. Even went to Carl's and didn't even get anything. Talk about self control! wod at 8 followed by crossfit moving! Love the new location and am super pumped to see how it turned out on Monday. looking forward to my rest day tomorrow!

  12. Eating has been funky for the last 2 days, as I battle strep....yuck! I hate that I'm missing all the moving fun! Have fun breaking in the new place tomorrow. Hoping to be back soon.

  15. Posting for 4/30. 0530 WOD was awesome and so was the new digs! So sweet with all that space. Ate clean today, not enough water and I just realized tomorrow is May 1st and Paleo challenge is done. It's not going to end for my household though. We learned so much from eating clean and healthy. We all feel sooooo much better. We will definately keep going.

  17. Had a great first wod in the new place, LOVE IT! The kids were very excited to come and see it too, they loved being able to run a little in their wod! Ate pretty well today, except for the tortilla chips I had this evening. So proud of my eating this month, can't believe I did it! I learned a lot about myself during this challenge, especially about my eating habits and what I really need to keep out of the house. I have definitely made some changes for life! Hopin to be there at 8:30 tomorrow.

  18. Congrats to everyone who did this challenge for the first time!!! It's not easy, but I found it to be very rewarding and learned a lot about all the junk that's in our food. Hoping to continue to swap recipes! Don't we just belong to the greatest gym EVER?!

  19. Didn't get a chance to blog last night. May 1st and I made it!!! I never thought I would be able to do it! My coworkers, friends, and family all thought I was crazy, insane, nuts, etc. I am so happy that I stuck with it and I have felt so much better in those short (although at times it felt long and never-ending) 30 days. I am definitely going to try my best to stick to eating as paleo as possible because I definitely do not want to go back to the way I was feeling before. Thanks for giving me this opportunity and for all the support! I must say that I have to agree with Carrie: BEST. GYM. EVER!!!!
